What Anvaya Connect does

Anvaya Connect helps recruiters find potential candidates, helps job seekers discover publicly advertised vacancies and potential hiring contacts, and helps professionals identify relevant people for networking. It does this by running structured searches across public web sources and organising what it finds.

Three search modes

• Recruiter Mode — discover potential candidates by role, skills, industry, company, seniority and location.
• Job Seeker Mode — find public job postings, kept clearly separate from people who may be relevant hiring contacts.
• Networking Mode — locate founders, investors, mentors, executives, researchers and subject-matter experts.

All three modes share one search engine, with the same retrieval, deduplication, attribution and quality rules.

How we use public-web sources

Searches are sent to a public web search provider at the time you search. We display the information those sources publish, together with the original link and domain. We do not bypass logins, paywalls or access restrictions, and we do not claim to verify or endorse third-party information. Public pages can be incomplete or out of date, so we encourage you to review every source yourself.

Connecting with people

Anvaya Connect is not a social network or messaging platform. When you find someone relevant, you follow the original public source to learn more and to connect through the channels that source provides.
