1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Anvaya Connect you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Accounts are for authentication, billing, search history, saved results and lists only; the service does not offer professional profiles.
3. What the service does
Anvaya Connect searches public web sources and presents results with links to the original pages. It is a research tool. It is not a social network, job board, messaging platform or recruitment agency, and it does not arrange introductions.
4. Public-source data limitations
- Results come from third-party public sources that may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. We do not verify or endorse them.
- A job posting appearing in results does not mean the vacancy is still open.
- A person appearing at an organisation is not necessarily a recruiter, hiring manager, investor or mentor, or willing to be contacted.
- AI summaries are interpretations of retrieved source text and are not verified facts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use results to harass, stalk, discriminate against or harm anyone; send unsolicited bulk communications in breach of applicable law; infer or process sensitive personal characteristics; attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits or security; scrape, resell or systematically extract data from the service; or use it in breach of data protection, employment or anti-spam laws. You are responsible for your own lawful basis when processing personal data you discover.
6. Plans, quotas and payment
Plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are purchased for 30-day periods, listed in USD and charged in INR through Razorpay at the amount shown before payment. Paid access starts only after the payment is verified. Plans do not auto-renew. Quotas are enforced on our servers and unused searches do not roll over.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Anvaya Connect software, design and brand belong to Tompt Technology LLP. Third-party content shown in results remains the property of its owners; we display limited snippets and links for reference only.
9. Third-party links and services
Results link to third-party websites we do not control. Payments are handled by Razorpay, web search by a third-party search provider, and email by a transactional email provider. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific response times or a minimum number of results. Searches may fail when a provider is unavailable; failed searches are not counted against your quota.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or present a security or legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tompt Technology LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on third-party information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the service before they take effect.
14. Governing law
