1. How plans are billed
Pro, Business and Agency are purchased as one-time payments for a 30-day period, charged in INR through Razorpay. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to stop.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Cancelling records that you do not intend to renew. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Your saved results and lists are kept, but Free plan limits apply to new searches and saves.
3. Refund eligibility
Because access is delivered digitally and immediately after payment verification, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan period has started. We will refund in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your payment succeeded but your plan was not activated and we could not resolve this within 3 business days of your request.
- Where a refund is required by applicable law.
Other requests made within 7 days of payment may be considered at our discretion, taking into account usage during the period. [Owner to confirm: final refund window and conditions]
4. How to request a refund
Use the Contact Us form with the subject “Refund request” and include your Razorpay order reference from the billing page. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Timing depends on Razorpay and your bank; we cannot guarantee a specific date.
5. Effect of a refund
If the payment for your current period is refunded, paid access for that period ends and your account returns to the Free plan.
6. Billing disputes
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can investigate. If a chargeback is raised, we may suspend paid access while it is reviewed.
