1. No physical shipping
Anvaya Connect does not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. How access is delivered
Paid plans are delivered as access to features within your Anvaya Connect account. After you complete payment in the Razorpay checkout, our server verifies the payment with Razorpay. Once verified — normally within moments — your plan becomes active and the new limits apply immediately. Your plan and paid-through date are shown on the dashboard and on Plan & billing.
3. Delayed activation
If verification is delayed, for example because the payment is still processing at the bank, your plan will show as pending and will activate automatically when Razorpay confirms the payment. We never activate paid access before confirmation. If your plan has not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate.
4. Free plan
The Free plan is available immediately after creating an account and does not require payment.
